How are we already in July!? I can't decide if quarantine has made time slow down or fly by... until I look at the calendar and realize we're halfway through 2020! Woah... On another note, I'm sure you've heard over and over that now is the time to sell! Realtors say that a lot, but the resounding question I get is "why?". What makes now a great time to sell compared others?
HOUSING INVENTORY IS LOW!
Housing inventory is low nationwide which means there are fewer homes for buyers to choose from. There were 15.7% fewer homes for sale this March compared to 2019 according to realtor.com’s March Housing Report (see chart below). Making it a sellers market and driving up home prices. Now may be the best time to get top dollar for your home!
